Artist:Loads

Among Perth's longest established original bands and having played with many of Australia's finest acts, including Even, The Stems, The Panics, Little Birdy and The Sleepy Jackson, Loads are about to re-enter the Australian music scene. After a seven month break since their last gig, Loads' return at The Scotsman went down a right treat in front of a packed house. The set featured both new material and a new line-up; Tony, Jason and Scott being joined by ex-sQuire bassist Paul following the departure of long-term bass player James 'Keegs' Keegan and lead guitarist Simon Henderson (Good luck with everything lads!) Thanks to everyone who turned up in support with special thanks to the Scotsman and its staff for everything they did on the night and of course Smokey - a genius with sound! Thanks mate! There will be more Loads gigs in the offing and already there's a return to The Velvet Lounge on Sunday 12th November, followed on Friday 17th by a gig at The Leopold with Dom Mariani and ...
