Heavily influenced by German electronic music that dates right back to the Berlin school that was spawned in the 70's. I did most of my raving in the late 90's and fell in love with Tresor and Force inc - both labels i heartily respect. I also have a shine for Warp and Rephlex, though the influence is obscured in this instance. I produce surging tunes with an emphasis on subtle variation and swelling textures. I've studied electronics and have built and circuit bent a few devices. I consider myself a sound designer and generally shy away from any sample based sound libraries. I use as much analog gear i can get my hands on. Think of my music as tools for DJs- raw minimal production without the fluff. I enjoy exploring the darker moods of techno. Well thought out pattern based grooves and good recording technique result in music that never goes out of vogue (I believe), and will always have a place on the dance floor.
