Bio

Lost Woods are an indie rock/indie pop group from Adelaide. Led by the captivating vocalist Peter White, the group is completed by twin guitarists Tom Baird and Sam Baird, and the driving rhythm section of brothers Lucas Sly and Miles Sly. Their soaring vocals, jangly guitars and driving rhythms have earned them a loyal fan base. The band has had the privilege of sharing the stage with the likes of Holy Holy, Maddy Jane, Alice Ivy, Timberwolf, Kingswood, Andy Bull, Harts and many, many more.

“Punchy, jangly, soaring indie pop goodness” – Bridget Hustwaite, Triple J

“Boyz got skills… they’re gonna be a band we all know” – Kyran Wheatley, Triple J

“If Jeff Buckley, Nico and Freddie had a love child, it would be you bro! Great pipes” – Billy Zane, movie star

The bands’ next single ‘Bern’, is out at the end of March. A beautifully textured and heartbreakingly melancholy track, that will have you lost in the layers of vocals and strings. Mastered by Grammy-Award winner, Joe Laporta (David Bowie, Vampire Weekend, Foo Fighters) and artwork and music video by award winning visual artist Nancy Liang (Woodes and LANKS). With a national tour for ‘Bern’ in May and a whole lot more to be released in 2019, Lost Woods are a band worth your attention.

love when the second vocal comes in, they work a treat together and it picks you up for a fun trip.
