They all call me JOHNNY D! its been my nickname since pre school, and it sticks simply for the reason that everyone I meet tends to like the personality. The artist name LYRICALIST comes from the fact that I am one that take the message out of life experiences and puts into musical harmony. Some of my lyrics are in a higher place but people will come to understand when they listen with an open mind. My music is half Philosophy and Rapper Singer for the rest. I make any genre for anyone, at the same time I'm not trying to impress the world but music should be heard. After being apart of our lives for so long its more than music, I'm here to give the world experience, knowledge and promote a way of doing things differently, I'm promoting genius. My favourite artists Bob Marley, Jay Z, Kanye West, Tupac, Biggie Smalls, Kendric and Drake will always play part in my motif to succeed.
