MAD CHARLIE - SYDNEY ROCK N ROLL It’s a simple story, one that started around September 2008. A couple of fellas who'd found their way to Sydney Australia looking to find themselves in RocknRoll. As time goes on, things change, people come and go and past experiences are either remembered or forgotten, which is no different for Mad Charlie. With the departure of a couple of early members who decided to pursue other ambitions, the core of the band was still in place, some of the early ideals were left by the wayside and a new cohesive approach to the sound and structure of Mad Charlie has come about as a result of new additional recruits who brought with them new perspectives. To try to define Mad Charlie as anything other than straight up Rock n Roll would be a mistake as this band derives it's influence from the old school.
