Bio

"I have always had a passion and drive for music, be it pop, blues, country, indie or original compositions. I was born into a musical family where culture was very prominent in my up bringing. Born and bred in Hamilton, New Zealand the abilities to extend my styles of music were very limited, until moving to Perth, Western Australia in 1999. My first attempt of original composition was at the age of 13 with a track entitled "Violence", which received airplay from Radio Tainui 95.4fm, along with "Gone too Soon", "Goodbye" and "I Love You". Since 1995 these continue to receive airplay. Now residing in Perth, my music has aged and developed as my life's journey continues to unfold and I face challenges and many different experiences. Molding and sculpturing my music to a unique blend of music genres. I have had the opportunity to travel Western Australia with various cover bands, playing as far in as Kalgoorlie and as far north as Port Hedland. In 2003, joining with Michael de Grussa (Pianist - Eskimo Joe) and Alana Bancroft (7 Roads to Downtown), an original band emerged called Wednesday's Parade, with Danny Jeater appointed to drums. We released a self titled E.P. which received airplay from RTR FM 92.1 in 2005. That same year, we drifted apart. Since then we have all individually soared through our own personal goals. Since breaking off from Wednesday's Parade, I have had the opportunity to play with and alongside some very talented musicians, who together produce and compliment my music. I find this opportunity to play and sing alongside these musicians as a break for my music to be heard and finally bring justice to my efforts. The versatility to play solo, duo, trio or as a band has allowed my music to extend to heights beyond my comprehension. Where I know will only extend for many years to come. My journey has only just begun, where the possibilities and opportunities can really only go up from here..."
