Bio

Malignant Monster entered the metal world with the release of their, independently distributed, 2003 demo “Welcome to Your Doom”. Despite the fact that they were only a two-piece, used a drum machine, didn’t record bass and had never played live, Malignant Monster began to attract a large underground fanbase and their raw home-demo received an overwhelming response from international metal media. Entering the live circuit in 2005, with the launch of their debut studio release “Foul Play” (out through Prime Cuts Music), Malignant Monster proved to be a ruthless force to be reckoned with. Never before had a WA metal band received such an alarming audience response from their first live performance. Currently writing their upcoming full-length release, Malignant Monster are now looking for major record label interest and are planning to tour Australia & Europe. Malignant Monster have shared stages with a plethora of international artists including MORBID ANGEL (US), EXODUS (US), CRYPTOPSY (CAN), MARDUK (SWE), THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER (US), CEPHALIC CARNAGE (US), ATROCITY (GER), LEAVES EYES (NOR), DESTROYER 666 (AUS), GOD FORBID (US), GRAVE(SWE), WHITECHAPEL (US), PSYCROPTIC (AUS) & THE AMENTA (AUS). Reigning as their city’s kings of unrelenting, vicious ugliness and depravity, Malignant Monster are ready to paint the world a bloody shade of red.
