Artist:The Mango Balloon

Julian Curwin’s The Mango Balloon was developed in 2010, essentially a stripped-back chamber version of The Tango Saloon. At less than half the size of the full band, the sound is lighter and more laid back, with a style which adds lounge, exotica and continental jazz to The Tango Saloon’s tango/western blend. Aside from six members from The Tango Saloon, the recordings also feature special guests, bringing their own distinct flavour to the music – Volume 2 features folk/rock/pop vocalist and guitarist Brian Campeau.
