While mostly playing bigger live shows with his full bandknown on stage as Matt Neilsen and ‘the bent bullets’, The effervescent frontman Matt Neilsen can sometimes be spotted playing the odd sneaky solo show here and there. While never self indulgent these shows still seem to have a special intimate vibe going on and allows some improv to connect more with his crowd. Still the high rock energy that you would expect but all coming from the one man when playing solo. Best described as HappyRock/DirtyPop.
