Bio

Mercury Sun are an indie-rock outfit hailing from Brisbane, QLD. The band members include Ash Benham (Vocals, Slide), Louis Reen (Guitar), Connor Reen (Guitar), and Dave Rentell (Bass).

Mercury Sun has played alongside some of the country's best acts including Wolfmother, British India, Thirsty Merc, Kingswood, and The Vanns.

Mercury Sun released their debut album, 'A Long Way From Hill Street' in September 2019 and played several shows in support including appearances at Brisbane's iconic live music venues The Zoo, The Triffid and also Toowoomba's annual Food & Wine Festival. The single 'All My Friends' reached the top 15 on the Triple J Unearthed rock charts and has received radio play up and down the east coast of Australia.

2020 has halted the band's live show plans, however this has not stopped the band from working on plenty of new music due to be released later in the year!

A none too fussy rocker. These guys show that when they clench their teeth they can create a big gust of noise.

There's a big dusty stomp each time this track lands a blow.
