Bio

Drawing comparisons from producers and fans to the likes of comparisons to Jimmy Eat World, Weezer, Offspring & Green Day, Molly & The Krells are an Australian punk rock band with a penchant for honesty and angst.
Formed by Blake Cateris in 2016 after developing a thirst for singing and songwriting, he left his previous band and teamed up with three friends from other Sydney bands and set out around Australia to play their music for the country.

2017 - Relationshit (EP)
2018 - Losing Friends (EP)
2020 - What Went Wrong (single)
2020 - Expectations (single)
2021 - Silver & Gold (single)

Their first release of 2020, “What Went Wrong” was accompanied by a six date tour of Australia.
Next followed, 'Expectations', a song of growth and ability to overcome the adversities that we all harbour within ourselves.

Their most recent effort "Silver & Gold" showcases the band's ability to carve out a hard-hitting punk anthem reminiscent of simpler times and the rekindling of lost friendships.
Silver & Gold was produced by Stevie Knight (Stand Atlantic, Yours Truly, Redhook), mixed by James Paul Wisner (Dashboard Confessional, Paramore, Stand Atlantic) and mastered by Grant Berry (All Time Low, Stand Atlantic, Boston Manor).

"One of the year’s best pop-punk anthems, Molly And The Krells have delivered a nostalgic classic by way of 'Silver And Gold' " - Rolling Stone Australia

These are the sort of verses with melodies that warn you of a big chorus coming and molly and the krells didn't disappoint.
