All things must pass. This is so for Brisbane indie pop 4 piece Montpelier who have announced they will be playing their final show together on January 14th at the Zoo. The show is a celebration of what the band and their supporters have achieved and shared over the last 2 and a half years as well as being the release of their final record titled Feed the City. With good friends Charlie Mayfair, and Kate & Max in support, Montpelier will be launching their second EP which was recorded by ARIA nominated producer and Hall of Fame member, TimEbandit (The Church). Drummer, John Pickering, reflects on the inception of the record which began in 2009 when TimEbandit met the band at the Big Sound music conference and invited them down to his studio in Sydney for a weekend of jams.
