After one year, two singles, and a bunch of shows creating a buzz around Sydney, mumbofish are topping off 2017 by releasing their debut EP Everything’s Better in Slow Motion on the 17th of November. Recorded at Studio Bleus and engineered by Dave Bleus, the EP was produced by longtime collaborator Ian Pritchett, whose production credits include Boo Seeka, Bootleg Rascal, and Kim Churchill. For fans of Queens of the Stone Age, The Strokes, and The Living End. Everything’s Better in Slow Motion is the band’s first release with its current lineup, and represents a turn towards a more collaborative approach to their music, both in song-writing and production-wise. The EP serves as a snapshot of the past year for the band, each song representing a different aspect of their collective experience and growth together.
