Bio

Nada Katana, conceived in the cold depths of southern Tasmania, is a band of brothers coming together to perform new music crafted by singer songwriter Dali Srhoj.

Dali has spent most his life on the road writing and performing music for the past 13 years nationally and internationally.
He won his first music award for a song he wrote for his passing father when he was 16 years old.
One of his tunes was featured on a compilation along side artists of the likes of Paul Kelly and John Butler.

Recently he started delving into electronic music/production to combine with his songwriting. After a few years crafting in the home studio, Nada Katana was born.

Since winning a competition through EGM Records & SAE Creative Media Institute, Nada Katana’s track “Ghost Town” has been mixed by Charlie Davies (Fyfe
Dangerfield, Benbien, The Manic Shine) and mastered by the legend Stewart Hawkes (Avicii, Ed Sheeran, Lorde), and distributed globally through EGM Records, and added to the music rotation on Emirates Airlines inflight entertainment.

The newborn groups debut single release “Ghost town”, is a song depicting the story of a man who comes to a point where the more he understands about life; the more he realizes how little he knows. This understanding brings him to a dark lonely place where he feels he is back at the starting line, to relearn the vast mysteries of consciousness once again.

I feel immersed in this tune. Hudon's vocals can do no wrong, in my opinion, and the way you both work together is pure magic. Production and vibe are excellent also.
