Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Natasha Johanna is an emerging artist with a nostalgia soaked familiarity. Johanna’s early aptitude for music making was nourished with a decade of classical flute training. Guitar and vocals she navigated alone until a fateful return to her childhood home in Queensland led to joining forces with musical ally producer Kate Dillon (Full Flower Moon Band, Gabriella Cohen). The pair went on a self imposed residency in a tiny cabin nestled deep in the Noosa hinterlands and produced Golden Light, Johanna’s radiant 5 track debut EP. It is the essence of all things good and holy; a flower blooming, glow worms at night, a bird taking flight in slow motion.
