After 17 days vaping on (medicinal) marijuana at my friends underground open-aired shipping container I realised I'd been listening to Angus & Julia Stone on a continuous loop through my refurbished Sony Walkman for the last 18 months. After 17 days vaping on (medicinal) marijuana at my friends underground open-aired shipping container I realised I'd been listening to Angus & Julia Stone on a continuous loop through my refurbished Sony Walkman for the last 18 months. Got that aux cord plug drilled straight into my ear canal ya know? Anyways after ascending to higher ground around 4pm (or am?? Who am I to know?) I decided I needed a new stream of unearthly earthish God forsaken beauty playing inside my head.
Somewhere between Byron Bay and Tumby Bay that's where it happened; my out of body experience collapsed upon itself as the sweet sweet sounds of Nick Cunningham entered my body. I found myself On My Way, letting the free flowing love take me away. I found Lucy in her Dark Blue Sweater and took her with me. We both dizzled and dazzled the night sky as we had a Heart to Heart; discussing if the Letters From The Queen would bode our love well after we reached 100 years old and if any Small Body would emanate itself from our souls.
But alas, as we were Coming Down, I looked into her Morning Eyes and suddenly I was Nervous. I wasn't in California anymore... I was Home.

Which brings me onto the next little revelation. Triple J, how are you not gracing us with these softly beautiful yet mighty greatful sing songs? Please amend this, Australia as a collective needs to be awoken to this.

Dream on dreamer, Nick Cunningham has your dreams covered ❤️
