Nick Murray is a Sydney-based Folk-Blues 'n' Roots singer-songwriter. His songs deal with current issues surrounding social injustice and environmental damage. Drawing from his folk roots, Nick brings his story-telling abilities to those who will listen. His distinct acoustic slide guitar sound and energetic vocals create a refreshing foundation for his musical message.
Nick Murray was a headline musician as part of the RAWSydney event, Grandeur, at Manning Bar in 2015. Nick Murray has performed at a variety of Sydney venues including The Soda Factory, Symposium (Chippendale Hotel), The White Horse Hotel, and Mr Falcon's. As well as this, he has played at the 12 Bar Blue in Cairns and The Central Hotel in Port Douglas. In April-May 2015, Nick was involved in the 'Feeling The Street' competition, which brought together street musicians from all over the world. Nick Murray loves busking around the city of Sydney especially Hyde Park.
