Bio
Nothing Really is a four-piece indie/alternative band from the inner north suburbs of Melbourne. Channelling the indie-rock introspection of bands like Snail Mail and Soccer Mommy, Nothing Really’s considered approach to making music is both genuine and focused. Lead singer Vic Austin unpacks the complexity of the relationships we share, gently wrestling with the discomfort of what it means to be flawed and fallible.
The past year has seen the group share stages with international acts and local staples, including Foxing (USA), Press Club, Bec Stevens, Cry Club and more.

Have enjoyed grazing on the first few appetizer songs that Nothing Really have plated up previously but I can confirm that I'm gobbling up seconds of this main course! Things seem to be really clicking in this band and I like that steady mix of the indie and punk influences, brought to the boil by Vic's presence up front.

Took me until like, the fourth chord before i knew i loved it. by the time we hit the halftime bridge I was ready to get down on one knee. looking forward to growing old with this song and playing gin rummy on the front porch every summer.
