Long before the aspirations for a fourth NURNBERGER recording, three high school buddies, back in ‘98, formed a band based on their shared passion for music. ‘NURNBERGER’ - vocalist/bassist Jimmi Jones-Ellis, guitarist/vocalist Chris Ritchie and drummer Kelwin Smith, found a style that could never really be defined, but kept people dancing, laughing and smiling. Now celebrating 14 years, NURNBERGER are still delivering strong tunes fuelled by passion. 2000 - The first demo release came as a four track EP titled ‘The Wind in My Hair’. Tracks recorded and mastered by Ben Hellmig at Hellmix Studios, represented some of the boy’s earliest work, and were an absolute tribute to the raw up-and-go attitude they carried out of high school days. ‘Listen Learn Live’ followed in 2001.
