Bio

Bonded through melancholy mindsets and unstoppable ambition, Alternative Pop Rock 3-piece OK Hotel have been branded as Wollongong’s latest export. OK Hotel wasted no time earlier this year with shows up and down the east coast, supporting the likes of Unwritten Law, Pist Idiots, Radiator Hospital, Ruby Fields, TOTTY, Flyying Colours, Horror My Friend and Miss June. The 3-piece draw influence from fuzz fuelled 90’s bands such as Smashing Pumpkins, whilst using their immediate writing style and hook-fuelled chorus’ to cement them firmly in the present.

‘Life is Crazy (Like That)’, accompanied with a music video is the follow-up from the bands successful debut single ‘Swim’. Produced by Fletcher Matthews (Dear Seattle, Sweater Curse, CLEWS), ‘Life is Crazy (Like That)’ embodies OK Hotel’s gripping 90’s aesthetic and melodic anthems that will have you hooked from the moment you hear them. With tours and festival appearances around the corner, OK Hotel are set to have a bright year ahead of them.

A track you'll turn up in a heartbeat - it's just THAT good.

This would be right at home on a 90's teen film soundtrack and that's what I scour unearthed for every week.
