Bio

Onslow are a newly formed Alternative Rock band from Perth, WA. Necessity will always breed creation, and living in necessary times has bred something incredibly unique in Onslow. Through lockdown and isolation in the world's most isolated capital city Perth, Australia, Sean Harmanis (Make Them Suffer) needed a conduit to process the range of collective emotions the world has been feeling in the current climate. After putting together the bones of a handful of songs, he showed them to long time friend and fellow musician Scott Kay (Voyager, Statues) who instantly connected with the intent and began to add his own song writing experience to the concept. Together the duo have ventured far from their comfort zones and respective musical legacies, to create an emotive powerhouse that channels grunge, emo, and melodic hardcore into something exceptional.

this one must have been made on a gas stovetop because it sizzles ferociously then cools within an instant then heats right up again!

Heard Josh from Short Fast Loud premiere this one and it felt like the band had reached through the radio gripped me by the collar. Heavyweight alt rock with the emotion in overdrive.
