Bio

Phil Fresh is a uniquely diverse artist, songwriter and producer based in Sydney, Australia. Since the release of his 2017 debut record Excursions Of Love, Fresh has worked tirelessly to continually refine his musical style, incorporating influences from Hip-Hop, Pop and RnB. Fresh’s distinct sound and influences have been perfectly exemplified through his past two works ‘Jonah’ and ‘I’m The Man’ , combining both his musical influences while expressing his pride in his Tongan nationality through his lyrical themes. Fresh's tracks have led to rotation adds on triple j Unearthed, and additions to multiple streaming service playlists including Spotify’s ’New Music Friday’s’ and Apple Music’s ‘Best of the Week’.

Fresh is also no stranger to support across radio, from frequent airplay on both triple j and FBi Radio, while attracting music video plays on MTV. 2019 saw Fresh on main support for both Kaiit and imbi on their respective national tours, while embarking on his own Australian east coast tour. Following the 2020 release of ‘OH MY GOD’, the Bread Club-collab ‘Forever’, a support slot alongside Triple One, and a feature alongside CLYPSO on Kwame’s track ‘TOMMY’S IN TROUBLE’, Fresh returns this year with the impossibly catchy and playful new single ‘IG LUV’.

all the bubble and bounce we've come to love from Phil! there's truly no way you can listen to this and not crack a big smile on your dial.

The whole crew came out for this one from Kymie with the absolute gloss, thatboy with some bars and Phil bringing his ever-infectious bounce. This might be a track about questioning the nature of a possibly fake relationship but the real connection between these three is tangible.
