Bio

Planet Love Sound are a blend of The Doors, Fever Ray, and PJ Harvey. After spending a year and a half living in Berlin (a time that earned them support slots with Canadian four-piece Holy F#@k, alt-country singer/songwriter Karen Elson, and most recently LA-based chick-rockers Warpaint), the band have returned to Australia, where they have released their debut EP 'Part 1' (available on 12" vinyl). Imagine you were listening to Radiohead and PJ Harvey, then throw into the mix a post coitus haze fuelled by a sedating aid whilst being immersed in your iTunes visualiser. Planet Love Sound's Ep Part Two is no available from planetlovesound.com.

A dense and dark brooder of a tune, it rattles tensely while Tina's howl cuts through the air.

This bunch is worth keeping an eye on. They have some other good songs too with the same depth as this track.

Fantastic track, full of texture, mood, depth, light and shade, as it pulls you in and takes you for a ride with its hypnotic melody and subtle harmonies, getting in under your skin with a surprise ending that makes you want to get up and dance and celebrate with the band. Great song and look forward to your next offering.
