Bio

Polythought deliver forward thinking, and innovative electronic music experimenting with sound design, song structure and texture. Oliver met Vinay in their home town of Sydney, Australia. The two instantly connected based on their similar tastes in music, organic instrumentation and progressive soundscapes.
Inspired by artists such as Boards of Canada, The Postal Service and Nicholas Jaar, the pair’s varying talents match perfectly to create atmospheric, left of centre music with depth, introspection and emotion. Having spent six months writing their 10 track mixtape ‘Retrospect’ they are only scratching the surface of their true potential together.

Most artists, content with just one thought. Polythought, offering up a smorgasboard of thoughts including this one, a song that makes use of the dual skillsets of Oliver and Vinay. Go in for a second listen and you'll catch sounds you totally missed the first time over.

it's an intriguing after dark blend that pushes and pulls me around and even has me levitating for just a quick sec. very cool debut!
