Bio

From the backstreets of Long Jetty, four close friends decided to put aside their kids, businesses and studies for one night a week to jam in a dark, cluttered garage. And so, Pussy In The Dark was born. Combining nostalgic synth sounds with astral folk vocals, Pussy In The Dark creates something you could describe as 'Aussie Dream Pop'.

The girls debut track ‘Stones’, was recorded and produced by Pepa Knight. You can catch their first live performance on the Electric Lady Stage at this year’s Mountain Sounds Festival.

Why, that's a supple 'n gorgeous chorus you've got there! Another glide through the night sky from PITD.

I slept on this for a minute but this is a very good song. Harkens back to that seminal Drive soundtrack? Remember that? All Kavisnky and CSS.

pleasure to meet you and what a memorable band name hah. lucky it's a memorable song too in it's simplicity and charm. there's a grandeur about the overall feel.
