QnRoo began as a recording project by two friends; Truman Smith and Alex Quayle, but as their alcoholism grew, it became clear that they would have to bring their music to the pubs and clubs of Australia. QnRoo now features John Redmond on bass, Alex Quayle on drums and Truman Smith on guitar and vocals. They are situated in Newcastle, where they create pop/rock music with a hint of 60's and 70's nostalgia.
