Bio

Melbourne Quivers make cathartic jangle-damaged guitar pop. After releasing "We'll Go Riding on the Hearses" (Hotel Motel) they toured Australia, NZ, Canada and performed at SXSW before filming a session for KEXP in Seattle. With US tours cancelled due to Covid, Quivers worked on a second album. The result, "Golden Doubt", will be out June 11 through Spunk Records (Australia), Ba Da Bing (North America/UK), and Bobo Integral (Europe/ROW). It is available for pre-order through our quiversss.bandcamp.com

i'm a big fan of quivers and this is another tasty slice from their upcoming record. i might be the only one to hear it but is there just a tinge of jens lekman in this new one?! either way, yet another charmer!

Quivers makes quintessentially Australian indie pop but this track feels like their most "international" sounding release yet. Elegant strings, a swinging beat and cooing harmonies are all a neat new side of the band.

Jangly and feel good, it's this home grown and genuine sound we've come to love from Quivers. You guys just soar with this one, those harmonies and slower moments work so well.
