Artist:Rama Jordon

A young artist from Geelong who performs mainly in his alternate classical/jazz fusion trio, with influences from middle-eastern traditions, Brazilian jazz, romantic guitar and many more. With ballads and bouncy instrumental breaks, they use experimental applications of musical devices, resulting in an expressive and colourful experience for all. This is all woven together with poetry about love and despair, on subjects of romantic, social and existential philosophy, sung with soaring vocal lines that reflect a lost sense of passion within all of us. With a love for culture, music and improvisation, the band can take you to another place for just a while, whether it’s the tea you “slowly sip in the sun,” or the “wave that rolls over your back.” The additional members of the trio are Jordan Deneka (bass) and Milo Baird (percussion/drums).
