What makes a great band? Certainly not the words on a piece of paper guranteeing the "next big thing". On the stage is where you prove your worth, in which INTO THE RED deliver everytime. Guitar driven riff rock induced with infectious melody, 'ITR' grabs your heart and pumps it faster from the get go. Over the past 2 years 'ITR' has played the Melbourne live circuit, fine tuning both musically and together as a unit. Regular appearances at the DING DONG LOUNGE, REVOLVER, NEXT and THE ARTHOUSE, supporting such bands as COCKFIGHT SHOOTOUT, BURN THE CITY and DERN RUTLIDGE on their reunion show, impressing and building on their live reputation. The past year saw Into The Red record their debut EP, TAKE THE CITY. A five track CD culminating the diverse and dynamic representation of theur first year as a band.
