Considered by fans & music critics alike as one of the few authentic Dub/Reggae groups to come out of Australia, THE RED-EYES are an 11-piece monster band that has been shaking foundations around the country with their heavyweight bass & mind-altering Dub sound. Since their inception in 2002 THE RED-EYES have played hundreds of shows including festivals such as Merideth, Bellingen Global Carnival, Earthcore & The Pyramid Rock Festival, plus supported the likes of The Mad Professor, Salmonella Dub, Black Seeds & The Resin Dogs. These shows have received glowing reviews, often claiming that THE RED-EYES explosive live show has eclipsed the main act. During this the band has found time to record two E.Ps. The first, 'HIGH PLACE', was released mid 2004 to critical acclaim (every track an absolute gem....The Brag), and received solid airplay both in Australia & N.Z. This led to Triple J listing the band as one of their 'Next Crop' artists & featuring THE RED-EYES live to air performance ...
