Bio

Roger Explosion formed in 2003 in an effort to stave of the bitter reality of modern life. Four years later and they have established themselves as a band of ever increasing talent and charisma. With two EPs and an album under their belts, the guys have shared the stage with the likes of Thirsty Merc, After The Fall and 28 Days, as well as touring with The Vasco Era and Whiskey Go Gos. Their live show is their drawcard, channelling the cool of early Aerosmith and the The Hives with the cocksure swagger of Hutchence-era INXS. They have a film clip, a tour and world domination on the cards. Stay tuned.

I cam accross these guys at a Vasco Era concert and they immediately made me want to check thier stuff out. The incredible gig they put on was so full of energy, transforming what was an empty floor to begin with into a thronging, dancing, headbanging party! The cover they did of Led Zep's What a Whole Lotta Love was tantamount to seeing the real thing and I just loved the whole gig. Great...

Great Work guys, an original mish-mash of 70s rock, harmony, punk and most of all-energy. SEE THEM IF YOU CAN!

Excellent. They should definitely be heard more often on JJJ.

This is brilliant - my favourite. Great stuff. Hope to catch them live asap. At the Annandale Hotel hopefully. The best place to see rock done proper.
