Such is the case with RUNAWAY DIXIE featuring VIRGINIA and LYNETTE COAD and JIM HERMEL. The RUNAWAY DIXIE band officially formed in early 2009 and their first album was released in 2009. RUNAWAY DIXIE have released five albums, and were nominees in the 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 GOLDEN GUITAR AWARDS OF AUSTRALIA with their original compositions. The group has also achieved several TSA Songwriting Awards for their original material. RUNAWAY DIXIE covers a broad spectrum of music from traditional Bluegrass & Gospel, to vibrant Country classics, along with their own originals.
