Bio

He's the sound of a neon lit street at the stroke of midnight. Synthpop shape shifter Saint Barae has been an artist of many sounds in his short run following 2018 breakout 'Remains'. This 25 year old DIY pop artist has amassed a cult following of devotees with his colourful space themed aesthetic and a slew of sound cloud exclusive releases quickly topping over 25,000 plays.

Follow up cuts 'Power + Control' and 'It Takes Two' took this rising star to the Australian stage selling out his first show at Brisbane's iconic Milk Factory. This early accolade helped him claim his stake in Queensland's thriving music scene with a series of support shows for Aussie heavyweights including Jordan F, Dennis and DOOLIE.

Riding the momentum of visual spectacle ‘Edge of Nowhere’ Saint Barae’s latest offering 'Hollow’ is a call for healing of broken bridges, aimed at those who have hurt the young artist on his journey since coming out as queer. Fans of pop contemporaries LANY and The 1975 will find a lot to love here, with a marriage of rapid fire electronic beats and delicate live elements that can only be described as something uniquely Saint Barae.

it's got this holy type serenity but i like that it's not wishy washy, there's direction and it took me sky high.

A lovely opulence to this production, layers and dynamics coming together into that lush chorus - sounding great SB!

The textures and layering of this tune are almost tangible; I love the complexity they add to the track and contrast the dreamy and spiritually emotive vocals that Saint Barae brings to the overall feel of this track.
