Saralisse, are a 5 piece metal band, from the Wollongong area, located on the eastern coast of Australia. Their sound is often described as Progressive Folk Metal, or Melodic Extreme Metal, the band themselves are reluctant to put a name on their genre choosing to just class themselves as "Metal" and letting their listeners decide for themselves. Heavily influenced by European metal and drawing inspiration from the many bands that they enjoy listening to, as well as books, films and other genres of music, their music includes elements from all branch's of metal including extreme, folk, progressive, Doom, technical, epic, melodic and thrash. "Useful Potions and Deadly Poisons" is their self-recorded debut E.P, after a year and a half refining their sound, playing shows in their local area. They are currently in Pre-Production of their full-length debut album.
