George Town, the town of nothingness, awoke the beast called "Satanicus"... Unearthing from the small township, the four piece metal band, began from mateship with the same musical interests forming a metal cover band. After time, the band began writing originals, which emphasized brutality and Satanicus begin to rise. The first written track was entered into the National Song Writings Association Writing Competition, where the band had finished inside of the top 30, the beast became stronger. Satanicus held an E.P fundraiser to drive support to finance the release of the debut E.P in 2009. The release has been well received and well supported and has allowed the band to play all across Tasmania, and has built a support base known as the “Satanicus Army” that travels all across the state in support of the beast… Now as the beast gains more strength, it unleashes a brutality known for its reputation to slay all… and in 2010, get ready New South Wales, the beast is coming…
