There is an unwavering sense of confidence that has been shining brightly from the aura of born and raised Central Coast hip-hop artist Savilian, that can’t be dimmed. Some six years on from the training grounds of Sydney’s open mic nights, Savilian has constructed the boldest, most vibrant version of himself to date, which he is ready to showcase to the world. His dedication to crafting his dynamic on-stage persona, has helped fuel Savilian to becoming one of the most infectious up-and-coming performers in the country.
In 2018 it was fan favourite Cheddar and pop-rap love song Like That, which solidified Savilian’s success, securing him a place on Spotify’s editorial playlist, New Music Friday and several other editorials across Spotify and Apple Music. His colourful presence has allowed him to perform at renowned Australian music festivals such as Mountain Sounds, Sweaty palms, and Snowtunes. It has also enabled him to work shoulder to shoulder with some of Australia’s finest, supporting acts such as Seth Sentry, Allday, Thundamentals, Carmouflage Rose, Ivan Ooze and Kuren.
His latest offering Woot Woo, is the equivalent of an undeniably cool, yet fashionably late entrance to the biggest party of the year. The track features rap vocals from fellow Central Coast party animal Geek, with both rappers sitting atop production from genre-bending Brisbane producer, Harry Fox. So turn it up loud, throw on your party hat and spread that happiness like confetti!
