Shurakai formed as a result of a bunch of 90's high school friends and enemies getting together to create metal. Hailing from the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide, Shurakai have a classic older sound, dry and direct from the roots of our metal pioneers, creating a melodic and yet nasty metal that can be appreciated by all.Shurakai have played support gigs with U.S. bands Morbid Angel and Strapping Young Lad, oz bands like Alchemist and Frenzal Rhomb plus plenty more.
