As of sky is an emerging indie band with a fresh blend of new melodies anchored in old folk roots. Inspired by the likes of Laura Marling and Andrew Bird, their soulful lyrics, rich harmonies, and lilting violin lines create music that is both bright and reflective. Based in Newcastle, As of sky formed in mid 2016, moved quickly into the studio, and are about to release their debut EP - Now you know. The band features Skye Harrison on lead vocals, violin and guitar, Riley Warren on vocals and keys, Fraser Marshall on drums and Timothy Merrikin on double bass.
