Bio
A bunch of friends who live next door to each other...mostly.
Small Suburbs came about through high school pals sharing a love for the Melbourne music scene and wanting to contribute, as opposed to just losing their minds in the mosh pit. The four-piece group creates music that spans between pop to alternative and garage rock with major influence from the Aussie rock and indie greats that have come before them.
Their first EP, The Blurst of Times, was recorded during the lockdown entirely within Tom's bedroom, with all the recording and mixing being done themselves. It has something for everybody with a fantastic blend of tunes from acoustic instrumentals to psychedelic guitar solos. Review
Some good ol' fashioned rock n roll from Small Suburbs who've added in a little extra crunch to the guitars while that bassline just rules doesn't it
