The Snatch are a high energy Rock band formed in Brisbane in 2009. With the release of their first single "Happy Xmas" in 2009 the band gained exposure through support from ABC Radio and regional stations. A follow up self titled EP in 2010 saw The Snatch grow as a unit and enjoyed continued radio support. A good work ethic and many high octane shows have given The Snatch a reputation for an energetic and entertaining live performance.The Snatch is headed by Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Mickey Bristow with Stav Tsolakides on bass, Lochie Bovill on guitar and Damon Joel on the drums. Together they make a hell of a racket with it's own flavour and intensity. While tipping their hat to bands like The Sex Pistols, Cosmic Psycho's and Nirvana The Snatch manages to bring something fresh to the world of dirty guitar rock.
