Artist:Social Madness

Social Madness are a three piece formed from very different backgrounds. They play a mix of hard rock / metal with plenty of thrash and high speed leads thrown in along with solid hard rock, there's even the occasional acoustic section! It is riff driven, rhythmic and powerful. The lyrics go from statements on government oppression, to breaking up to being sick of your job. It isn't your standard hard rock band, have a listen. Members: Farhang (Guitar, Vocals, Iranian) played in a number of bands at home but found out metal isn't appreciated by the law in Iran. His commitment to music made him leave the country to a place where he was free to play whatever he wanted. Farhang is a high quality guitarist who can shred better than most but chooses solid rhythm over flashy technical work (although he does regularly smash out an incredible solo).
