Artist:Someone Your Not

Hailing from a small town in Sydney’s West, Someone Your Not came to be in 2004 following a chance meeting with guitarists Andrew Mobbs and Matthew Shaw. What ensued that fateful afternoon was a six hour jam between the long time acquaintances and a realisation that the force which was to become Someone Your Not was about to begin. The pair wasted no time inviting long time friends Simon Grant (Bass) and Nathan Olsen (Drums) to the bill. Their ideas gelled immediately and a dynamic new band had formed. The band would find a formidable front man in singer Dave Owers (former Indiana member) “I knew Dave from another band he was in.
