Bio

Formed in 2015, A Somerset Parade released their debut single 'Statelines' with an accompanying music video which gained the boys the new noise segment on Triple J's Short Fast Loud. ASP were fortunate enough to have their follow up single "Tidal Waves" also premiere on the show later that year. Unfortunately, at the same time, ASP had to part ways with vocalist Dan Summers citing personal differences as the cause.

While busy writing a full length album, the band added Alchemix Studios engineer, Andrew Nolan, to the line up on guitar and Dan Cornish answered an SOS to fill the vacant Lead Vocals role.

2016 was filled up with recording the album, but laying around were some extra tracks written before and after which made up the "Bright Young Things" EP, released Dec 16.

ASP have recently released their full length studio album "Against all Odds" and are setting their sites on the upcoming "Summer Sets" tour which is set to kick off in Brisbane on Thur, 7 Dec 17.
A full run of show is available on their social media pages.

lengthy slick fringes, snug female slacks, worn band tees and sole-less converse/vans – this song brings back some pretty dark memories of growing up. oh how I miss those days. long live punk rock!

Brilliant! Sounds like 2 parts Blink-182 and 1 part hardcore. More of this please!
