Bio

Soren is a 19 year old alternative pop/rock musician from Melbourne tip-toeing a tightrope between emotional earnest and socio-political discourse. He strives to strike through the scene with his tight-knit songwriting and blistering guitar sounds.

Since the age of 2, Soren has been playing and exploring music and sound. A passion for songs has continued throughout his life, working day in and day out practicing his craft as a singer/songwriter, drummer and producer.

In 2017, he released his debut single ‘Celestial’, a dreamy, cathartic alternative rock piece that dwells on the beautiful and bittersweet.

His new single, ‘A Saint Killed Her’, signifies a sharp turn towards a grooving, art rock sound, reminiscent of artists such as St. Vincent and Nine Inch Nails. It's defined by a cathartic vocal performance, quirky guitar lines and drums that tick like a machine.

Most recently, he has been helming the production role with the likes of Stella Farnan and Earnest Jackson, continuing to explore the realms of pop, rock and electronic songwriting. He also has worked as assistant engineer on The Teskey Brothers highly anticipated second album Run Home Slow.
