A bit about the band: Simon Hatton has been playing sax since grade 4. He plays in a couple of bands around Brisbane including Big Dinner, Port Royal, Kurilpa Reach, Accomplice Collective and Green Ji. He has had the pleasure of playing Bluesfest, Caloundra music fest and Nimbin roots festival. Simon currently loves listening to the Beatles and enjoys his herbs and spices. Bede Prince is a current Jazz Bass student at the Queensland Conservatorium of music. With a grounding in various genres such as jazz, rock and funk, Bede is a versatile musician with a passion for performing. He has played at a wide range of venues, from the Brisbane Jazz Club and frequently at Doobop Jazz Bar to fortitude valley's The Brightside and The Triffid. Nic Reynolds is a Brisbane-based pianist/composer/session musician, who is active in the Brisbane jazz, pop, and funk scenes.
