Bio

St Jacques are a bunch of indie sweeties living on Kaurna Country / Adelaide, SA. The bubbling, wholesome energy of their music is characterised by lush group vocals, soaring string arrangements, earthy pianos and heartfelt lyrics.

The last couple years have seen them sharing the stage with Alex the Astronaut, Jade Imagine, Body Type, Stellie, Jess Day & Holly Arrowsmith (NZ) as well as headlining the Girls Rock! Stage at A Day of Clarity 2019, a festival starring the likes of Camp Cope, Jen Cloher and West Thebarton.

Following the release of their 2020 single 'In Faith', which was a finalist for Song of the Year at the SA Music Awards, they are set to release their lush new track 'Another Sense' on May 21. The song will be followed by their first headline show since 2019 alongside Keeskea and Nuclear Family on July 16 here in Adelaide.

Affecting stuff from St Jacques. Put those voices and whimsical touches together and my goosebumps are going to react.

definitely feeling that boy & bear comparison, it's easy going and the melodies just nestle so nicely in your ear.
