About
A trio of loud, energetic, punk-infused noise, Stone Witches hail from the Gold Coast. With influences ranging from John Dwyer, Ty Segall, Jay Reatard, Eddy Current Suppression Ring, Can and Parquet Courts, Stone Witches explore a wide variety of sounds and sonic experimentation. Opting for DIY recording, the lo-fi sound adds texture to recording as well as allowing a fast turnaround of albums and EP’s. Having supported touring acts such as The Murlocs, The Gooch Palms, Drunk Mums, These New South Whales, The Jim Mitchells & Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Stone Witches are a fan-favourite amongst their home crowd on the GC. 2018 sees the third full length LP from Stone Witches.
