Bio

Based in Brisbane, Queensland, TAI uses his love of music and his personal experiences to connect to his audience.

Growing up in the Northside of Brisbane, TAI discovered his passion for hip hop through his friends and family. From drunken cyphers to surfing the internet for the next best artist, TAI was inspired by the opportunity Hip Hop had to offer. However, it was during these spontaneous teenage years that he had felt most alone. Battling Depression and Anxiety, TAI quickly fell into a dark place.
Feeling constantly stuck, TAI found himself eager to change and explored the use of music as a healthy distraction. After releasing his biggest track 'Love Suckz' TAI had discovered thousands of young people who also struggled with similar problems. It was through this raw connection that his fanbase quickly became a family and the reality of mental illness was no longer a taboo conversation topic.

With a growing, supportive audience, TAI has been able to conquer many of his goals and is only just getting started. He recently dropped his EP 'The Graveyard Shift' which has been a success in his city and across the world. He has been recognised by big artists like Allday and is slowly building a name for himself across the country.

TAI is an abbreviation for 'Turn Around Inside' and he hopes that he can do that for his young audience too.

There's something really magnetic about this track. Each track this guy's uploaded has shown some really interesting moments and I reckon they come together on this one.

Love, love those backing vocals. What an emotional heartbreak.
