    Tak-Un-Da was born in Zimbabwe but left the nation shortly, making his way into South Africa then moving to Australia. Primarily residing in the ACT when not on tour. There is no doubting that an abstract upbringing has heavily influenced not only the content of his productions, but the way he performs. Tak-Un-Da’s accent is neither here nor there, the way he raps brings to mind a cross-between Pusha T and Kendrick Lamar; developed through steady consumption of hip-hop. His lyrical presence is enforced by his eclectic style, put together through exposure to a legion of different cultures. Tak-Un-Da’s performance at FASHFEST 2015, showcased this artistry and his passion for performing being labeled as a “visionary and an inventor” by Her Canberra.
