Bio

Tanya George’s evolutionary electro-pop takes the genre to innovative new heights.

With two critically acclaimed EP’s under her belt, Tanya’s newest release ‘Can't Do Anything Right' explores the socially systemic hypocrisy behind expectations and the clear double standards between male and female counterparts.
This song is about the frustrations of not being able to live up to anyone’s expectations. The literal feeling of not being able to do a thing right, especially as a woman.

Tanya lives in Melbourne with her Oma and her bunny rabbit Hip Hop, or Hippy for short.

“Tanya perpetuates a dynamic sonic experience for listeners, blessing our ears with her stunning 4.5 octave range” - Forte

“Fresh and electric with her music and constantly astounding her audiences” - Tone Def

i can hear and see you on stage building this up through loops and your own lush vocals and really stunning an audience.

It's cool to hear vocal layering and looping done so well. Tanya George brings a level of elegance to the craft, which is immensly enjoyable.

I really enjoy the way Tanya uses her own vocals as percussive elements as well as within the backing melodies too. Creative layering!
